Drawing Near to The Healer

Turn to Him and Receive Your Healing from Him

And great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them there. - Matthew 19:2 NKJV

Jesus healed everyone who came to Him and He healed them right where they were – He did not make them go to the Temple nor the Synagogue, nor to work.   The first step these people took was to turn to Him.

He himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.   For you were straying like sheep, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls. - 1 Peter 2:24-25 ESV

God ordained in covenant with Jesus that He would take our pains and sicknesses by the “wounds” of beatings and crucifixion so that we would be healed as we return or “turn again” to Him.

For the hearts of this people have grown dull. … Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.'  Matthew 13:15 NKJV

We can always turn our hearts to Him and receive Him and also healing as He desires for us.

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.  Hebrews 4:16 KJV

Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.  Matthew 28:20  HNV

He is with you even now to help you.  Place your trust in Him for His faithfulness and mercy, and you will find boldness to come to Him and in His Presence, you will find His grace to heal you!

Phil 2:13 …for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

And healing us is a good pleasure to God!   We prepare a place for God to work in us with reverence and faith in humble hearts.

… the fellowship of your faith may become effective in the knowledge of every good thing which is in you in Christ.    Philemon 1:6 NHEB

Thank Him in His Presence by faith in His promise to heal you and watch your healing come!
